Account Manager

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. This person will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients in the categories of natural products (specialty food and beverage, parenting), sports, and technology.

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple accounts and understands the depth of the social media landscape today. This person will liaise with key business executives and stakeholders and be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts. This will include responding to client inquiries and managing cross-functional internal and external teams to drive results. 

Responsibilities include 

  • Managing the daily operations for a portfolio of assigned clients which includes but not limited to: creating agendas for meetings, follow-up on project status with key stakeholders, and inform the client of developments on their account
  • Work in close coordination with Social Media Editor and Creative Producer on the social media content calendar for all clients. Ensure all content is scheduled on time and all deadlines are met
  • Prepare agendas and key updates for all client meetings. Prepare action items and ensure follow through on projects
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all projects according to specific client scope of work 


  • 3-5 years experience 
  • Outstanding Project Management and organizational skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience using Slack and Asana a plus 
  • Agency experience preferred 
  • Ability to thrive in small team environment
  • Ability to multi-task across many projects 
  • Proficiency at Powerpoint Google Drive, Dropbox is a plus 
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing 
  • Self-starter and strong team player
